Programmes

Four verticals. One federation.

Each vertical builds a layer of the federation — from a woman's first producer group to a regional brand with real market access. None stands alone; each is designed to hand its participants up into the next.

Vertical 01

Women's enterprise

The entry point. Existing self-help groups are supported to become producer groups and microenterprises with real customers, not just savings circles.

  • Microenterprises
  • Producer groups
  • Entrepreneurship support

Vertical 02

Rural manufacturing

The mechanism, not the mission. Community-owned production gives the federation recurring revenue and real assets — the machinery is a tool for ownership, not the point of the story.

  • Packaged drinking water
  • Value-added beverages
  • Consumer products
  • Contract manufacturing
Vertical 03

Leadership development

Federations are only as strong as the women governing them. This vertical trains members for governance roles at every level, from village committee to federation board.

  • Governance
  • Financial literacy
  • Business management

Vertical 04

Community institutions

The scaffolding that turns individual groups into a durable federation — the legal and organisational structures that let ownership actually mean something.

  • Self-help groups (SHGs)
  • Producer groups
  • Federations
  • Cooperatives
